Before joining Dennemeyer, Dirk Schaper has held leadership positions at Siemens AG and Unify Gmbh & Co KG. Over the past 30 years, he led teams in areas such as project management, internal audit and service process engineering. Dirk Schaper was responsible for complex internal and external customer telecommunication projects as well as risk and change management. Additionally, he assumed global responsibility for audits within Siemens Enterprise Communications, Enterasys and Chantry.
Dirk Schaper joined Dennemeyer to implement and grow a well-structured project management office. He believes that continuous improvements are essential to increase project results and to enable future success.
